Basic Training is a two-person learn-to-play sets. for 24 TCG. Every starter deck contained two Day 0 Tactical Packs, one featuring Jack Bauer and one featuring Phillip Bauer.

It also contained 2 playmats, a rulebook, and 2 exclusive promo cards.
