Amonkhet Invocations is a promotional Magic set of 54 foil cards that are randomly inserted in boosters of the Amonkhet block. The theme of the Amonkhet Invocations are the Amonkhet gods, their magic and their servants; while the Hour of Devastation Invocations are disaster themed, reflecting the chaos wrought by Bolas' return. The set is part of the Masterpiece Series. Although these cards are not black-bordered, they are ruled to be tournament legal.

The Amonkhet Invocations have a very unconventional card frame which received a lot of criticisms from the community upon reveal. Although the taste of card frame is subjective, the obscure display of the card name in pseudo-hieroglyphs was seen as a major setback for some players. The unclear theme, the choice of cards, and the cards' color distribution were also points of criticism.
